These Blueberries are picked by hand by the local people in Chillán, Chile. The fruit harvest during December and January.

Frozen

Right after harvesting, the bluberries are slowly cooled down and then frozen to increase their preservation period.

Freeze Dried

To reach the crunchiness and the right texture in the fruit, we freeze and dehydratate the blueberries.

Powder

Blueberries go through the freezing and dehydration processes before being grinded into powder.

Juice

Great addition to a smoothie!
